Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange is only applicable for size issues or damaged products
Return Policy:
We only accept returns in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged product
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and clear images of the product
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return
- Used or washed items will not be accepted
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges for exchange
- In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
Refunds:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
